PO 30-60 min 2-4 h T1/2: Unknown; metabolized in the liver and excreted in the urine. 半衰期：不明；代谢于肝，随尿排出 Adverse Effects: Rash, hypothyroidism, goiter, swelling of the salivary glands, iodism (metallic taste, burning mouth and throat, sore teeth and gums, head cold symptoms, stomach upset, diarrhea), allergic reactions. 不良效应：皮疹、甲状腺功能减退、甲状腺肿、唾液腺肿、碘中毒（金属味、口腔和喉灼痛、牙龈牙齿发火疼痛、伤风体征、胃不适、腹泻）、过敏反应。
